How do I create multi accounts

It was suggested to me that my problem might be solved by having multiple accounts.

 

I have a premium account which I believe does allow multi accounts but I cannot figure out how to do it. I have searched everywhere.

I created a free one on the website using gmail ability to have multi email addresses but it was rejected on desktop app.

I tried to follow this youtube and it does not work.

I think the video was showing an easy way to switch between multiple accounts.

Creating multiple accounts is easy.
Just go to www.evernote.com enter an email and password and click on Sign Up
