Clipping webpages - new notebook or old?

Should I put my clippings into a special notebook called !Clippings or should I put them in my main notebook .Cabinet?

You should do whatever you're comfortable with.

Personally I use a generic @Inbox notebook to pre screen my imports before moving to my main notebook.  There are search implications if you use a separate notebook.

Your choice really. 

Depending if you want your clippings to be a part of your typical searches or not could dictate how to do it.  If you don't, you can put them in their own notebook or -tag:clippings if you put them in your main notebook.  If you have other notebooks, stacks can come into play.  Otherwise, nothing wrong with putting them in your main notebook.
