Chat doesn't go through

Hi Evernote Community –

I have recently persuaded a colleague to download Evernote on his Windows machine. My Premium Account Evernote is installed on a MacBook...

Each time I initiate a Chat, he never receives my messages. Not even any items that I share with him.

When he initiates, I receive the message listed as 'An Evernote User'. Could you help please?

Hi @Digiwolf2000, welcome to the Forums!

I would recommend verifying with your colleague that he has added his full name to his profile using these steps:

1. Open Evernote for Mac
2. Click on Evernote in the top left
3. Click on Account Info
4. Click on the down arrow underneath your profile picture
5. Click on 'Edit Name'
6. Type in your full name
7. Press enter to save
