Evernote does offer a sketch/handwriting feature - see https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/213493077-How-to-add-hand-drawn-sketches-to-Evernote-on-iOS-devices For handwriting to text, Evernote offers an OCR feature so you can do searches. I use MyScript Stylus for conversion on the fly as I'm writing a note. Link to comment
