An Evernote employee said at the start of this year that they were involved in a long-term project to improve the editing process for all clients. - https://discussion.evernote.com/topic/76732-evernote-60-block-element-spacing-lost/?page=2#comment-393648 - Hopefully this will mean better controls for all clients. It is possible to improve layouts in Android, but some desktop work is required.. judicious use of tables can place a picture to the left pr right of text but you'll need to do that editing on the desktop. Android doesn't (yet) have its own tables or alignment. Link to comment
