Hi,
I remember that, some years ago, there was an option for choose paper with lines and paper with squares, but now this option is no longer available. To write algebraic calculations it is more convenient use paper with squares.
Any idea?

Any idea?.....I'd like to write directly with Evernote.

I find that Evernote only has basic writing features.
They add features but it will never be as complete as a dedicated app.

For serious note taking, I switch to a dedicated app.
My choice is Notability (sorry Apple only).  It offers this feature (background lines and squares)
I store the output as a note attachment in Evernote.

I have this same request. The lined paper look is out of proportion when you maximize the window and it's distracting. I'd like the option to toggle that off at the minimum.

Beyond that, it would be nice to have some alternative backgrounds (like engineer's paper, with a grid, for example). Bamboo Paper does this. That's pretty good.

I like  being able to do my drawings right in EN because I can edit without having to go to the external app and start over or go through extra steps.

Agreed convenience is always good,  but you need external apps for spreadsheets,  mindmaps,  audio (at least,  I do),  specialised collections like books or CDs (again I do - scanning bar codes and ISBNs).  Don't know if there's a votable thread in Feature Requests,  but if all those in favour here collect their votes,  Evernote might look at improving Ink notes.

My understanding is this used to be option.  I was told to use Penultimate, I use Windows and Android this doesn't help.  Bring back grid paper and other options like changing rule spacing, or dot matrix add
