i have upgraded from basic to plus then premium, but when i go to ever note it keeps showing upgrade premium. why hasn't it migrated to premium where as i have paid for it!

  • As a general point - it's far better to upgrade from within the app on your device than to go through a third-party seller,  if that's what you did - Evernote can apply payments to an account immediately if they're received directly.
  • Check your account status: use a desktop browser to log in here - https://www.evernote.com/Settings.action and look for Account Summary.
  • If the browser account summary shows premium but your device does not
    • File > Exit Evernote and restart the device.
    • Log in to Evernote again
    • Force a manual sync - ( Mac:Ctrl-Cmd-S Win:F9 )
    • Re-check your account status.
  • If the browser account summary still shows your account incorrectly,  or restarting Evernote fails,  then please submit a CS support request by choosing "payment issue" in the first dropdown after logging in here > https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action - you'll get an acknowledgement and ticket number - post that number here and we can get an admin to have a look at the issue for you.
