Scan with El Capitan 10.11.3

I find that Image Capture in El Capitan 10.11.3 no longer has a path to Evernote.  Is there an answer or other way to get a scan into Evernote?

It's not clear what you mean by this.  Could you please provide:

1. Software used to do the "image capture"
2. If you are using a scanner, the hardware brand and model#
3. Steps to reproduce
4. EN Mac version#

I finally figured things out, it turns out I was having a headspace problem.  Thank for the reply
