Business account is deactivated

Hi,

Yesterday we received an email that our business account is deactivated. The annual bill was paid on 12/15/2015 (Invoice #INV93252). I have opened a ticket but not heard back yet (1390114). We need access to our notes and want to know if we have made any mistake in renewing? Why is the account deactivated?
