Your normal user credentials should be valid until and unless you change them, and it's better for your security if the web service autologs you out from time to time in case someone got hold of your device or sat in on a session while you were at lunch. If it's a nuisance I'd suggest raising a support request for 'log-in issues' and submitting your Activity Log - scroll to the bottom of this page to click the 'Contact Support' button.
