I do see a portion of a discussion that I began in some help section. My summary is the following. I often have clipping failures. I usually have clipping failures with my New York Times subscription. I often have clipping failures using Firefox on my laptop. Using the Chrome browser on my laptop is the most reliable method. I was unsuccessful in my attempts contacting customer support. I was unsuccessful with my forum posts. I didn't attempt to find the right place for this post because I think that investing time to learn about the new forum is a waste of my time. Link to comment
