Please clean up your OutputDebugString output

I use Evernote on multiple devices and appreciate the hard work that's gone into developing it. That being said, can you please stop spamming the Win32 OutputDebugString() method every minute from within CLimitsController::UpdateLimits() call in your Windows release builds?
