brettr2 3
I saw a video a while back on youtube where the guy was dictating notes on his Mac into Evernote. He wasn't using any other software. I know this can be done on iOS but I can't find how it is done on a Mac. Anyone know? Link to comment
Level 5* DTLow 5,736 Posted December 25, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted December 25, 2015 The EN instructions say click the microphone icon. I hadn't noticed, but as you discovered - There Is No Icon How about trying File > New Audio Note I think there's also a Mac OS shortcut, but I can never remember those beyond cut and paste. I googled and found this link http://www.mactrast.com/2012/07/how-to-use-dictation-in-os-x-mountain-lion/ Now, if only my Mac Mini had a microphone. Link to comment

It is to the far right in the formatting toolbar. Link to comment

amanda_h 300
To start dictating in Evernote for Mac, navigate to Edit > Start Dictation or press the 'fn' key on your keyboard twice. Link to comment
