Basic users get this message -

 

Due to a large increase in fraudulent purchases of Evernote gift codes, we are restricting the number of gift code sales. At this time, Evernote Premium customers can purchase 1 gift per month.

If you have the need to upgrade multiple Evernote accounts, consider creating an Evernote Business account instead.

Both free and Premium customers can also contact support@evernote.com to apply for a one-time exception to the purchase limit.

 

First-time Premium users get a simple purchase form.

 

If you're a free user I'd suggest you contact Evernote at the address given to request your exception.

Well that's the process from Evernote's own help site -

 

I tried that address too -

Guess they're concentrating on the support link from the site,  and haven't altered the message on this page:    https://www.evernote.com/GiftPurchaseUnavailable.action

 

I'll flag this note so Evernote can fix the message,  meantime I know this route does work - see whether you can get a gift membership here - submit a Customer Service support request by choosing "payment issue" in the first dropdown after logging in here > https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action

 

If you post the ticket number back here,  one of the site Admins should look into it for you...

Will Evernote really not let me buy a gift subscription?
