Upgraded wrong account

I was sent a promo saying 18 months for the cost of 12 and decided to upgrade. However unbeknownst to me, the link was for a different Evernote account I'd set up and not using. So all my notes are in the main account which is still on basic, and the upgrade has applied to an account I didn't know I had let alone an account I might use. I'd like to transfer this upgrade to my active account. How can I do this?

To see whether it's possible to transfer your credit,  you'll need to submit a support request by choosing "payment issue" in the first dropdown after logging in here > https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action

Premium users also have access to a Chat option (7am-7pm PST weekdays) - click 'continue' on the support page after logging in.
