Changing login email address / no confirmation email

Greetings, All!

 

I want to change my login email address for my Windows-based Evernote 5.9.1.  I have found the site within my account, applied my password, changed my email and received a popup indicating it will take effect upon my reply to a confirmation email.  All very easy. 

 

It's been over an hour and still no confirmation email.  I have confirmed the changed email address is correct and functioning.  I have checked the spam folder.  I have closed and reopend Evernote.  I have closed and reopend my email account.  Nothing. 

 

As we're used to nearly instantaneous responses, am I being too impatient?  Where is the confirmation email?

Good question.  You should have seen an email confirmation almost immediately.  I'd suggest raising a support ticket - click Troubleshooting in the Help Center (link below in my sig) and scroll to the bottom of the page to see the 'Contact Support' button.  Choose 'Login/ Password' issue from the drop-down.
