Fabrizio Mark 0 Posted October 29, 2015 Share Posted October 29, 2015 Dear Evernote Community, Dear to me non existing and on the website non findable evernote support team, Since I reset my computer and updated it to OSX El Capitan, the evernote programm freezes every time I start it (see picture attached). I tried re-installing the programm twice and the error still occurs. Strangely the app still functions perfectly fine on my iPhone. Also on the evernote website, all of my data is still perfectly accessible. Would be really thankful for some advice on how I can fix this problem. Cheers, Fabrizio Link to comment

El Capitan fixes (amongst other things) in the latest beta - https://discussion.evernote.com/topic/89664-evernote-for-mac-62-beta-4-released/ Help - click Troubleshooting in the Help Center (link below in my sig) and scroll to the bottom of the page to see the 'Contact Support' button.
