(Archived) Problem with uploading media

Hi,

I'm a new user of Evernote in Sweden and is trying to use it with my Android, but I'm having problems. Every time I try to upload any media I get the following error message in log:

"NoteUploader.uploadNote

EDAMSystemException: Resource errorCode=4"

This happens with Snapshot/File/Audio, but not with notes.

What does Resource errorCode=4 mean? Couldn't find any info in forum.

I don't know errorCode=4. But my best guess is If you have enough disk space to hold photo, etc. Maybe, go to setting to lower the resolution.

There was a problem on our newest server this morning from 1am until about 10:30am, US Pacific time. This prevented anyone on this new server from creating any notes that contained images or other files.

We fixed the permissions issue, and this should all work correctly now.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and we've added a few layers of monitoring and manual checking to prevent this from happening in the future.
