MarshallB 1
Went through some troubleshooting with Evernote support before issue escalated and confirmed, they are working on it. One workaround in the meantime is to copy/drag to Desktop, then drag from Desktop to Evernote client. Link to comment
J24 2
This used to work perfectly -- drag an email out of mac mail and into Evernote thus creating a note and including a link back to the original email. This was probably my most used feature. Then it broke (over a year ago). The drag to desktop and then to evernote does work, but it adds two steps and is a pain (drag the email out to the desktop, drag into evernote, delete the email on the desktop). Please! Please! Please! Fix this so that it works again the way it used to. Drag an email into evernote, creating the note and preserving a link back to the original email. I will pay more money for just this one feature!!!! Link to comment
Level 5* JMichaelTX 4,115 Posted April 20, 2016 Level 5* Share Posted April 20, 2016 Until Evernote gets this fixed, an alternative is to use AppleScript. See Apple Mail to Evernote at Veritrope.com AppleScript will actually give you more options, more control that just drag/drop. Link to comment
