rainerschnelle 4 Posted October 1, 2015 Share Posted October 1, 2015 I am unable to keep changes made to Settings for Scannable on my iPhone 6 (iOS 9) in order to use the app with Mobile Data. When I go to Settings/Mobile Data I can change the switch as desired but as soon as I leave the Settings app in order to work normally with the phone the position I chose is lost and using Scannable with Mobile Data is not possible (by the way, I noticed the same thing with other scanning apps). Has anybody an explanation? Link to comment
Jason Miller 114 Posted October 2, 2015 Share Posted October 2, 2015 Hi I would like to help out, can I get a bit more information to help troubleshoot this. 1) Settings/Mobile Data - are you referring to options under Cellular -> Cellular Data? 2) Can you get a screen shot of what you are setting that is not sticking (staying) and I will test that feature here?
