My last successful save was on Sep. 21. Since then, each saved article contains the first paragraph followed by a menu button to click to obtain the full article. A click on that button leads to the subscription page. In a different forum, I reported general clipping problems that occur now and then. Link to comment

Basic users don't get email support except for bug reports, payment or account access issues, but if you're Plus or Premium submit a request by choosing the appropriate option in the first dropdown after logging in here > https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.actionAll users can contact Twitter @EvernotehelpsIn either case include the forum thread URL for extra background.Premium / Business users also have access to a Chat option (7am-7pm PST weekdays) - click 'continue' on the support page after logging in.
