Automatic Starting Note with cursor in Title line -- Can this be done?

Using the windows version of Evernote, when I begin a note by selecting new note, the cursor begins in the description box.  I would like the cursor to automatically start in the title box as that is how I organizing my items / to do's.  Is there a way to do this?

 

Additionally, it would be nice once I type in the title, to be able to tab into the description box.  Again, this is just for speed of note creation.

 

Any suggestions?
