If you signed in to the correct account - and assuming you synced the notes with Evernote's servers - your notes would be there. You may have inadvertently set up a new account. I'd suggest logging out via Settings > Account and then logging back in with the correct details. You could try the same login on a desktop to check your notes are still available. If all else fails they deal with login problems and apologies via Settings > Support. Link to comment
