deadeyedoc 0
I have recently bought a macbook pro and am having problems getting my head around it and lightroom, so I joined a lightroom forum. They wanted a screen grab to help sort my problem. Next problem, yosemite's little app converts to TIFF and the forum does not read it. Looked around and found skitch highly recommended . I can get skitch to grab a screen in jpeg but it only seems to offer me a choice of exporting to social sites etc or to evernote. In evernote I can move it to iPhoto but it is now in skitchjpg. I tried dragging it directly from evernote but it was in yet another format. What is the most efficient way of putting a screen grab onto a web forum which accepts jpg jpeg or png? Link to comment

Select "Reply to this topic" Then in the lower right select "More Reply Options" Select "Choose File" Then "Attach This File" see the 2 screen grabs below Link to comment
deadeyedoc 0
Thanks very much for your quick reply, it is much appreciated but it looks like I will be heading back to the Lightroom forum for this one. How you do it on evernote may give me starting point though. Link to comment
Book Worm 0
There's no dragging. Evernote uses IP Board for its forum software, which doesn't support that feature. Link to comment
