The "Which version of Evernote" popup comes back every two days

Hi, I've been using Evernote for a number of years now. Even the old windows-only version, with the weird ticker. :-)

 

Since the last month or two, I'm getting this popup every other day, and it's becoming a bit annoying. Every time i click the basic version, it just asks me again two days later. 

Since i'm using Evernote on two macs (at work and at home) this is becoming a bit of a nuisance. 

 

Is this a bug, or is it supposed to keep popping up this often? 

 

I'm using "Version 6.0.16 (451862 App Store)" on both machines.

 I think it is the new "improved" version.  
Previously, EN Mac with basic (free) account displayed a popup several times a day.
 
Like it or not, I think it is the new "price" for a "free" version.
If EN Mac is providing a service you value and need, then it seems proper to pay a reasonable price for it, and enjoy more features.
At $3/mo (or $25/yr), EN Plus seems reasonable to me.

You really shouldn't be seeing it that often, maybe once every other week, tops. 

 

We've made some significant changes to the service to prevent this from happening, I'll flag this for the team to check out. Shot in the dark question: have you selected Basic on both machines previously?
