Outlook clipper - using keyboard shortcuts

I recently upgraded to evernote windows 5.8.13.8152 (276152). I use the outlook clipper extensively to clip email messages into notes.  When I upgraded I can not completely navigate the dialog box using the keyboard - there is no way to get from the left side of the screen (title, message text, attachments) to the right side (notebook, tags, remarks, save).  The tab key sort of works within the left side or within the right side - but there is no way to get from one side to the other withouot clicking.  I have several breevy snippets to expedited repetitive tasks that will not work.  Does anyone have a solution for this.  Thanks
