Cannot snapshot the screen or any selection

Hi,

I have Skitch 2.7.8 and OS X 10.10.4 on a Mac-PRO ....

I no longer can create any snapshot either by menu selection or keyboard shortcut.....

What is going on? I also have it installed in a Mac-Book-Pro and it works fine in it!!
