Where is the vertical scrollbar?

Hi,

 

there is no vertical scrollbar on the right side of EN notes.

 

It is essential to track where I am reading, please bring it back.

I kinda think that's a user interface thing - most mobile apps rely on physically dragging something around,  rather than using a scroll bar.  Access via Android works fine for me,  and I use a phone which doesn't have screen space to spare for an extra navigation tool.
