Duffy77 0 Posted July 6, 2015 Share Posted July 6, 2015 I have tried several times deleting the Evernote app and reinstalling it on my iPad...but just freezes and crashes. So is Evernote not able to work on the updates that iPad puts out? Any other apps out there besides Evernote that I can switch to? This is very frustrating... Link to comment
Level 5* JMichaelTX 4,117 Posted July 6, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted July 6, 2015 I don't think it's specific to the iPad mini. The last few versions of EN iOS have had a number of problems. You might try restarting your iPad AFTER you delete the Evernote app, then do the reinstall. If your issue continues, then you may want to submit a bug report: Submit a BUG report via an EN Support Ticket. In the Support Form, select "Report a bug", and start the Ticket Title with "BUG: " to make it clear. Reporting a bug should be available to all users, including Free Account owners. Other Ticket types available to Free users are "Data Loss", "Crash", & "Sync Issue". Link to comment
