I used RegSanner years ago for this (ccleaner and another software had left some keys).http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/regscanner.html (before performing the scan uncheck "display only keys...following range") Link to comment

The uninstaller does remove some files that are helpful in diagnosing installation errors. Best bet is to open a ticket and see if the support folks can help. Thanks. Link to comment
