I've created templates in Transpose, easy to use and send notes to your Evernote account

Meal/Food log (Log your meal. For people who need to log what and when they eat. Ex eating disorders, diabetes etc. You choose notebook, tags, food (I do not think you eat digits) it is easy to add more dishes)

Medication - One dose (Just pick the date, time and check the box of the medicine you take and save. No need for typing the name every time you take them)
