Using pens on smartphones and tablets

I was wondering what type of pen I need to get if I want to write notes on my Samsung smartphone? Are these available from Evernote? And is this functionality available on android tablets or is it just iPads?

There are styluses (stylii?) around for the Android,  but unless you got one with the phone package,  there's nothing specifically designed for a Samsung.  I don't know how you'll feel about writing on a phone screen.  but I think it's much too small - you really need a tablet to take handwritten notes.  Try googling keywords like "evernote android stylus samsung" if you want to see what's available.
