Le Noir Faineant 4
Hi all, Noobish question here: I have never used any digital tool to learn a new language, and since I carry Evernote everywhere, anyhow, I wondered if there wasn't a way to use it for my purposes. Now, since I have literally no concept of what I can do with Evernote in this regard, I simply wanted to ask what you guys recommend. I am mainly looking to create a few tables to beef up my vocabulary of Business Finnish , but I am really open to everything else that can be done with this marvellous little program! Thanks in advance for all answers, and thanks Evernote Corporation for effectively making my life better! Yours, Rafe Link to comment
Candid 167
A lot of cool things can be done in a table. To learn how to work with a table in Evernote begin here: https://evernote.com/contact/support/kb/#!/article/89799088 I have seen some interesting uses for Evernote tables. They are exactly what you want, but what the users did may inspire you to create something of your own. A table that puts check boxes in it so you can mark off what you have done: http://www.sharingkindergarten.com/2013/06/i-have-finally-found-it.html Here's a template for Cornell Notetaking made in Evernote: https://www.evernote.com/shard/s506/sh/1ed7c413-fd67-4938-90b9-504a573d312f/b6aba4c4c0bc2818 Since when I think about foreign language learning, I think about flash cards you may want to take a look at this blog post by a regular here: http://www.christopher-mayo.com/?p=669 There are some side apps that work with Evernote to enable learning:https://appcenter.evernote.com/app/studyblue/web-appshttps://appcenter.evernote.com/app/eidetic/iphone Link to comment
