@Grant TB:

Note History might help.  Depends on:
  • How long ago the additions were made and sync'd
    • EN Note History saves a copy of your Notes several times a day
    • But the frequency of the save is not published by EN
  • Your account type:  Premium (and higher) accounts have access to Note History
    • If you have a Basic account, you could upgrade for a month ($5) and this would give you access to your Note History even prior to the upgrade.

JMichael, thanks.

I have a Basic account and do not wish to upgrade. Is there another way?

The only other idea I have is a local backup made after you entered the lost additions.
What versions of Evernote and OS are you running?
Do you have a backup?
