glassmom3 3 Posted May 2, 2015 Share Posted May 2, 2015 I have a Premium Evernote account in which I use; I created a different Evernote account in error and the that one is causing me problems. How do I get rid of Evernote account that I do not want? It seems that they are using the same password and when I want to upload a simplified article it wants to go to the Wrong Account! Level 5* CalS 5,280 Posted May 2, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted May 2, 2015 Go to the web and sign in with the account you want to delete. Make sure it is the account you want to delete and there aren't any notes left in it. In the upper right on the screen click on Account Settings - Account Summary and scroll to the bottom. You will see a link to deactivate your account. Again, make sure you are in the problem account before you click. Link to comment
