Crash when taking Picture while audio apps are running

This is a weird bug. iOS 8.3

When I'm listening to the iOS music app or Spotify or Sirius Radio App and I try to take a picture with Evernote, the App(Evernote) crashes!

This shouldn't happen right?

Can you please look at this?
