akin 0
Hi thereJust got a new tablet but since then I've been unable to get into my previous Evernote account. I keep getting an error message saying the email address and username are not recognised. I'm just stressed because I saved various notes for an exam I'm doing soon in the old account. Any tips? Level 5* gazumped 11,476 Posted April 20, 2015 Level 5* Share Posted April 20, 2015 Hi. None really, apart from: double and triple check your log in details, and use the 'forgotten password?' option when it appears. Check via a desktop to see whether you can log in to Evernote.com, and if your logins work there but not on your tablet, check that it is connecting correctly and allows you to log in to other services. If that doesn't work you can report a login/account access issue by choosing "login/account access issue" (!) in the first dropdown after logging in here> https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action- if you're a premium or Business user, you'll also have access to a Chat option (7am-7pm weekdays, PST) Link to comment

Hi. Same answer applies - if you just haven't accessed an account for a while it should still be there; if you deliberately deactivated it, Evernote will offer you an opportunity to reactivate it. If you're having password problems, the 'forgotten password' process should be available. For everything else the Support team is available on https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action if you're still a paying customer, Twitter - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps if not.
