Alexa Smith 0
Went to save an article and noticed the web clipper has changed on Firefox. There is no more clipping a selection option? Link to comment
jbignert 473
Selection clips requires that you select content before starting the Web Clipper. No changes have been made in that regard, it still behaves the same way. Link to comment
BruceVa 2
Selection doesn't change anything....clip from firefox 37.0.1 does not work. Link to comment
rvermar 0
I also get no response when clicking the evernote icon in my toolbar. I have Firefox 37.0.1. The Evernote Web Clipper add-on is v.6.0.15 last updated April 8, 2015. Can anyone tell me what to do now? What I want to do is select the entire web page, not just what's visible onscreen. I can still get the crosshairs to select a portion of the screen (Windows key + Print screen), but I want the whole page. Link to comment
Nick_B 0
I can't even see the Web Clipper icon on my Firefox toolbar (v37.0.1), even though the Add-Ons Manager says Web Clipper 6.0.15 is running. Link to comment
jbignert 473
@Nick_BPlease see this note for tips on troubleshooting. There are a couple of bugs on our side that can be worked around until we push a new fixed version. https://www.evernote.com/l/AAxo9_2OxZBNY5j6orDB8reAY-yHx1eEI5I Link to comment
Alexa Smith 0
It looks like choosing the selection and clipping is now working for me...will keep an eye on it just to be sure. Thanks! Link to comment
