Opening Linked Notes in New Window

Hi,

 

Is there a way to change the classic note link in the desktop app (eg. evernote:///view/...) so that when it is clicked in a note that is already opened it opens that linked note in a new window rather than the existing window?  Something like "_blank" in an html link.

 

Is there a way to have a link in a desktop app that opens more than one note in their seperate windows?

 

Is there a way to link notes so that if one note is opened, the other linked notes are automatically opened in their separate windows as well?

The only option I know is to hold down CMD when you click on the Note link.

This will open the Note in its own window.

Note that appearances may be deceiving.  If clicked in an open window, it opens the NEW window exactly on top of the existing window with exactly the same size, making it appear as if it opened in the same window.
