Hi.  If you've made recent changes to your account,  created a new one,  or simply if you have an existing account,  it's entirely possible that you've received a 'confirmation' request.  If you'd prefer to delete it,  then I suggest you go ahead and do so - if it causes a problem you'll get reminded again in due course anyway.
