Think this is the first time I've posted here so please forgive me if it's the wrong place to report on
I noticed that I can hold click and drag a tag to be a sub-tag of another tag when I first enter the tag view (when no filter has yet been applied)
However, after I have filtered all my tags (to help locate the group of tags I want to edit more easily) I'm not allowed to then hold click and drag a tag to be a sub-tag of another tag whilst the filter is currently applied.
This means I have to scroll through the whole set of tags (thus defeating the purpose of having a filter) if I want to rearrange my tag hierarchy which is a bit cumbersome.
What this means is that performing a rearrangement of the tag hierarchy is only easy if the tags are close to one another in the unfiltered tag view.
