Emailed notes with photos from Moleskine notebook duplicate pages

I capture notes from my Moleskine notebook using the Evernote camera feature on my iPhone 6. The notes look great in Evernote. However, when I email a note captured this way, each captured page is duplicated in the image attached to the email. So there's Page 1, Page 1, Page 2, Page 2, etc.  This happens will all notes captured from the Moleskine notebook.

 

Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

If yu have a Moleskine you've presumably taken advantage of the premium membership that goes with it.  If so I'd suggest raising a support ticket here > https://www.evernote.com/SupportLogin.action

 

Once you have a support ticket number you can start a Chat session - EN support chat is only available for Premium & Business users,  (Weekdays 7am-7pm PST)

Actually you can start an EN Support Chat without having a support ticket.
