I'm using one note in particular as a shared to do list with another person and I am wondering if it's possible to have any sort of notification set up when one of us makes a change? Also any notification possible when something is added to a shared notebook? Link to comment

There's no indication that Evernote is considering this feature. You might look at third party alternatives IFTTT has an option, and there's SureNotifier Link to comment
