Eleanor Rigby 0
I am noting that when I create a list on my PC, I am not given an "edit" option when I want to make changes to that list from my Droid. The only option is "append." However, when I create the list directly on the Droid, I have editing capabilities. Am I missing something? Why can't I edit lists made on my PC on my Droid? engberg 89
Since the Android platform only gives us a plain-text editor, you can't safely edit any note that contains "extra" content like images, attachments, rich formatting, ToDo checkboxes, etc. You can type in new text to add to the end of the note, but not edit the exiting content. Eleanor Rigby 0
What I'm trying to edit is just straight text (shopping lists, to do lists, etc.). It doesn't contain anything fancy or extra and I still can't edit it from my Droid if it was created from my PC. Link to comment
engberg 89
That should work correctly unless you've formatted some of the text in that list. Link to comment
