iPad Penultimate only syncing first page of document from iPad

I have been using Penultimate on the iPad for about a year. I really like the way that it has (until now) automatically synced to Evernote, my primary reason for installing it. Recently, and I think only have the iPad update is iOS 8, did it quit working so well.

 

Problem:  a new note written with my Jot pen on the iPad has only synced the first of two pages.  When I open the note in Evernote, only the first page has content; there is a second page, but it is blank. I have tried multiple times to edit on the iPad and force a new sync, but to no avail.

 

Is there a change pending that will fix this?
