There are about 50 notes which have not been downloaded in Windows which I can see in the iPhone app. There is no pattern to the notes which have not been downloaded, it's fairly random. This will determine whether you are having a problem syncing from your iPhone to the Evernote servers, or syncing from the Evernote servers to your Windows device. Link to comment
