mac How to check status of a support ticket

Does anyone know how to check the status of a submitted support ticket?   I have never worked with a product that allows you to log a support ticket, gives you a ticket number but provides no easy way to check on the status of the submitted ticket.

 

Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place?

Just reply to the last email you got from Evernote about your support ticket, and ask for a status.

 

If you are a Premium account owner, you can check via Support Chat.

 

See Evernote Chat Support., available 9am-4pm US PST. (Chat option appears AFTER you click “Continue” on initial “Evernote Support” page.)

Thanks but as you might have read above, since they changed my account name it removed premium support...so I have no ability to chat...sigh!!!

Sorry, but I don't see where you mentioned that.  IAC, you can use the reply to email approach.
