Assistance please - how to return accidentally deleted text back to a note?

As my title says, I accidentally deleted text on a note. The note is still there. I tried to go onto 'View History' but to no avail - as I do not have Evernote Premium. I was wondering if I could ask Evernote for assistance directly but now only Premium customers can.   I hope my information is sufficient for your assistance. Please ask me further questions if needed. 

 

I have spent much time to compile everything in that paragraph, so it would be too bad to lose it like this.

Please explain further, how do I find/reach those buttons? By the way, I have tried the 'CTRL - z' method as well.

Not sure how to explain further, Edit is a pull down heading at the top of the page. It surely cannot be easier.

If Ctrl-Z didn't work, I don't think Undo is going to work.  Same function, different activation?  In any case, I don't think you can undo once you have left the note.

Unfortunately I don't have Evernote Premium, so I cannot access this feature....is there any other method to get the text back? :/

If you don't have any backups, I don't think there is any way.
