WillFTL 0 Posted November 14, 2014 Author Share Posted November 14, 2014 Hey, Jeff — First, I used the CleanMyMac 2 Uninstaller to remove my original application. (You could also drag the app to the Trash.) Then I downloaded and installed a fresh app from the Skitch website, http://evernote.com/skitch. That's all there is to it. IMPORTANT: The only files it will save are those you've saved and synced to Evernote, and you'll need to resync your accounts after the reinstall. Anything else won't be saved. Hope that helps!
