Authenticating twice a day on log in

Hi. 

I'm being asked to log in and do the two-step verification at least twice a day - sometimes from Evernote itself, sometimes from Clearly.
Any suggestions on why that might be?

I'm using latest Chrome, Win 7. Nothing special by way of security or cookie cleaning.
